Q1. What time is check in and check out?

A  : Check in: 2:00 p.m.. Check out: 12:00 p.m.

 

Q2. Can I leave the room late?

A  : To make other arrangements, please advise the reservationist when securing your room. We will be happy to accommodate special requests based on availability.

 

Q3. Are there non-smoking rooms?

A  : Yes

 

Q4. How many Floors does the building have? Is there a lift?

A  : 5 floors, there is lift (elevator)

 

Q5. Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round during power outages?

A  : Yes, it has individual air conditioning and it is available all year round backed by generators

 

Q6. Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?

Secure parking is available at the hotel and is included in the stay.

 

Q7. Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Internet access in all of our guestrooms, suites, meeting rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

 

Q8. Do you have a quiet room? How can I reserve it?

The indoor rooms are quieter. Please call the hotel for details.

 

Q9. What languages are spoken in Reception?

A  : English, Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto.

 

Q10. Will the hotel arrange transportation?

A  : Yes, the Concierge will gladly assist with airport transportation, taxis and car rentals.  We have in-house Rent A Car service.

 

Q11. What is your cancellation policy?

A  : 24-hour cancellation notice required prior to check-in date.

 

Q12. Can I change the dates?

A  : Changes are permitted. Within 24 hours of submitting the form we will then email you a revised confirmation, stating clearly all

the changes made.

Q1. When and for how long is the room available?

A  : Room availability is based upon prior events scheduled and your minimum set up requirements. We guarantee your room to be available one hour in advance of the start time of your event. The room may be available earlier for your convenience and can be determined one week before your event.

 

Q2. May I use my own caterer or beverages?

A  : Yes. We prefer our catering that is strictly done in-house and of top quality.

 

Q3. What decorations does Mirage Include and Policies?

A  : Our Hall, Air Conditioning, Waiter, Theme Set up, charges are all included in the per/person charge.  DJ or Music can be requested separately.

 

Q4. Does Mirage have a audio visual equipment?

A  : Mirage does have extensive audio visual offerings like a overhead projector and multimedia. Contact a representative for a complete listing.

 

Q5. Is Mirage Hotel responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or left in the building before or after your event?

A  : Mirage Hotel is not in any way responsible for any items lost, stolen or left in the building.
